New 100% Gluten Free Restaurants, London – November 2025

A round-up of the newest (and most exciting) fully gluten-free openings in the capital.

London’s gluten-free scene is having a moment – and honestly, it’s about time. This month brought not one, not two, but three fully gluten-free openings/pop-ups, each with a different vibe, style, and menu, but all with the same magical promise: you can eat everything. No questions, no swaps, no compromising, and no worrying about cross-contamination.

Here’s a look at what’s new, what’s special, and what’s absolutely worth the journey.

DiJon, Hampstead

100% Gluten-Free. London’s only fully GF pizza spot.

If you’ve ever dreamed of walking into a pizza shop and knowing every single slice is safe… welcome to your new obsession. DiJon, tucked inside Hampstead Community Market, has quietly become one of the most exciting gluten-free launches in years. Having already established Good F’ing Pizza as one of the best gluten free pizza options around, they now have a home!

Why it’s special

  • London’s only 100% GF pizza place (!!!)
  • Deep-dish pizza slices – thick, chewy, golden-crusted magic
  • Vegan pizza options
  • Freshly baked goods in the morning
  • Pizza by the slice from 12pm onwards
  • A bakery/coffee setup early in the day, transforming into a pizza haven by lunch

The deep dish is outrageously good – crispy edges, soft centre, generous toppings, and absolutely no compromise on texture. Plus the marinara is literally something to write about.

Their baked goods are also varied for such a compact operation and spotlight other 100% gluten free businesses. Honestly you owe it to them just to go for the support.

Good to know

DiJon’s is in an outdoor market, so there’s not really a seating area – it’s more of a grab-and-go or “eat while wandering through Hampstead” vibe. But honestly? Totally worth it.

If London ever needed a fully gluten-free pizza icon, this is it.

1990 Gluten Free Pop-Up at Libby’s

100% Gluten-Free. Weekends only until mid-December.

This one is sort of a comeback or continuation rather than a full on launch. 1990 Gluten Free originally opened just before Covid, then pivoted to delivery – and now they’re BACK with a long-awaited pop-up inside Libby’s.

The nostalgia is real, but more importantly, the food absolutely slaps.

Top picks from me

  • Arancini (crispy, golden, perfect)
  • Lasagna (comfort food at its best – deeply saucy, cheesy, and warming)

It’s a short-run pop-up, which makes it feel even more special. Perfect for those weekend cravings where you want something hearty, homemade, and authentically Italian but without the gluten gamble.

If you’ve been waiting for their comeback – go now, while it lasts.

Copains Bakery, Covent Garden

100% Gluten-Free. Their first UK store.

If you’ve ever wandered around Paris wishing you could eat everything in their bakeries… Copains has basically brought that fantasy straight to central London.

Their first UK shop has opened on Neal Street (the cutest, most central location possible), and the buzz was instant. The queue on opening day lined the street – proof of how needed high-quality gluten-free bakeries are here.

What to expect

An insane amount of choice – this is a fully GF Parisian patisserie, in London! Think:

  • Fresh bread loaves
  • Babkas
  • Croissants
  • Eclairs
  • Huge sandwiches (including GF tuna baguettes!)
  • Cheesecakes, brioche knots, pastries you won’t even recognise but will absolutely want
  • Pizza too (around £14.50)

Prices are:

  • Pastries: £5–£8
  • Sandwiches: £10–£14

Neal Street is such a perfect fit for them: lively but charming, and directly opposite an Ole & Steen – which for once feels symbolic. Like, yes, we deserve a bakery on the main streets too.

Seating

There’s small seating tucked away at the back, but space is limited and the shop gets busy. Still, it’s ideal for a mid-morning pastry stop or a takeaway lunch.

Copains is already a must-visit for anyone gluten-free in London (or honestly for anyone full-stop).

Final Thoughts

This month has been crazy! It feels like London is finally, joyfully, stepping up its gluten-free game – and these three openings prove it. Whether you’re craving deep-dish pizza, nostalgic Italian comfort food, or a patisserie-level spread of pastries, November has delivered some absolute gems.

All 100% gluten-free. All delicious. All worth adding to your itinerary – or crossing the city for.

If you visit any of them, let me know what you tried! And if you want me to keep doing monthly gluten-free round-ups, I absolutely can.
